5 Things to Remember After a Massage
1. Hydrate
After a massage is the best time to detox as the blood is flowing better.
Stay hydrated for the next couple of days.
2. Stretch moderately
Stretching cements the massage work that was done.
Stretch within your comfortable limits as you exhale slowly.
3.Possible Discomfort
It is common to feel dull or have sore muscles the next day.
Be rest assured that is it part of the process of restoring muscles.
Continue hydrating yourself and stretching.

4. Avoid exercise until the next morning
Your body continues the restoration of the muscles after the massage.
Please refrain from any rigorous exercise or lifting heavy weights until at least the next morning.
